Hello~!!
When you are a little tired of doing nails,
how do you take a break??
I love having nice sweets and a cup of tea(^-^)v
I'd like to share a recipe with you today,
and that is an easy chocolate cake!!
=INGREDIENTS=
160g Cooking Milk Chocolate
75g Butter
3 Medium size Eggs
110g Icing Sugar
70g Plain Flower
3tbs Liquor(Rum or Brandy)
Small amount of Icing for decoration
=PREPARATION=
Take eggs out of fridge to make them room temp.
Measure all the ingredients.
Break chocolate into small pieces and sift the flower.
=Let's Start!!=
1. Boil some water in the kettle.
2. Put a piece of baking sheet in the tin.
3. Pour a small amount of boiling water into a bowl,
and put the chocolate bowl in it.
4. Separate egg whites from egg yolks,
and beat egg whites with 1/2 of icing sugar.
5. Beat beat beat beat beat beat...
for about 10 min till it gets fluffy.
From left, 3 min later, 5 min, 8min, and 10 min...
Now you can turn the bowl up side down!
It is the key to make the cake nice and soft!!
6. If the hot water in the bottom bowl gets cold,
please change to hot water to melt the chocolate completely.
(Preheat oven to 180C)
7. Add butter to chocolate and mix them together.
8. Add liquor and mix.
9. Check the egg whites, if it looks bumpy whisk a little
to make it smooth.
10. After checking the egg whites, beat the egg yolks
and add the rest of icing sugar (using the same whisk is ok).
Beat till it looks like mayonnaise.
11. Add a half of the egg whites...
=HOW TO MIX KEEPING IT FLUFFY=
Cut the egg whites with a spatula 3 times.
1. Pink 2. Red 3. Purple
Then, scoop whites from back and flip it over without pushing.
(Dotted lines are where you cut)
...So, cut, cut, cut, scoop and flip!!
Repeat this method until the ingredients are mixed.

12. After mixing them lightly, add 1/2 of flower
and mix in the same way...
cut 3 times, scoop and flip!!
13. Add the rest of the flower and keep mixing
till no powdery texture.
14. Add the rest of the egg whites and mix.
Cut 3 times, scoop and flip again(^o^)/
(Do this as quickly as you can to make your cake fluffy!!)
15. Add The chocolate at once and mix quickly!
AGAIN!! Cut 3 times, scoop and flip!!
16. Pour everything into the baking tin
and remove a little bit of air by dropping the tin on the table
a few times.
17. Bake it for 25-30minutes.
TING!!
18. Stick a toothpick in the middle of the cake and see.
If there is no liquid attached to the toothpick, IT'S PERFECT!!!
19. Remove the cake from the tin and turn it over.
Then let it cool down...
20. When it gets cooler,
decorate with icing sugar!!
